We are a legally registered and fully compliant entity under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, ensuring transparency and accountability in all our operations.

Legal Entity: We operate as a Perseroan Terbatas (PT), a limited liability company registered with the Indonesian Ministry of Law and Human Rights.
Tourism Business License (TDUP): We hold a valid Tanda Daftar Usaha Pariwisata (Tourism Business Registration Certificate), issued by the provincial government of West Nusa Tenggara (NTB), authorizing us to conduct marine tourism activities.
Taxpayer Identification Number (NPWP): As a registered Indonesian taxpayer, we are fully compliant with all national and local tax regulations.

Vessel & Marine Operations Safety

Vessel Seaworthiness: Each vessel in our fleet undergoes an annual inspection and holds a valid Surat Persetujuan Berlayar (SPB) or Port Clearance certificate for every voyage, ensuring it is fully seaworthy and equipped for the intended journey.
Onboard Safety Equipment: Our yachts are equipped with SOLAS-compliant safety equipment, including life rafts, personal life jackets (for adults and children), flares, fire extinguishers, and comprehensive first-aid kits.
Navigation & Communication: Every vessel is fitted with modern navigation systems, including GPS and depth sounders. For offshore communication, we carry both VHF radios and a satellite phone, ensuring we are always connected, even in remote areas.

First Aid & Rescue Training: At least two crew members on every charter, including the captain, are certified in advanced first aid, CPR, and emergency oxygen administration.
Employee Insurance & Social Security: All our full-time Indonesian employees are registered and covered by BPJS Ketenagakerjaan (the national social security program for workers) and BPJS Kesehatan (the national health insurance program).
