If a figure is not published by the operator who actually sells the trip, it is not on this page — which is why some things below are described rather than priced.

Quick Answer

Pink Beach is not sold as a ticket. In Komodo National Park it is a stop on a Labuan Bajo boat trip, so what you pay is the trip — a shared day boat, a shared multi-day sailing, or a private charter. In Lombok, Pantai Tangsi is reached by road and a short local boat, and its on-site charges are collected in cash rather than published. The table below carries the three bookable Komodo packages and their starting prices.

What it costs to reach Pink Beach

Three routes reach the beach, and the one you pick sets the bill. A shared day boat is the cheapest way in and the shortest. Two nights aboard spread the same boat cost across Padar, Komodo and Manta Point instead of paying a day rate for each. A whole-boat charter buys the timing — arriving before the day fleet, or after it has gone. Starting prices for all three are below, exactly as IndonesiaJuara Trip publishes them.

Why Pink Beach has no ticket price of its own

Search for the cost of Pink Beach and you will find plenty of numbers and very few sources. The reason is structural: neither pink beach is sold as an admission.

Komodo National Park

The beach sits inside the park, on the north-east coast of Komodo Island, with no road to it. You arrive by boat from Labuan Bajo, which means the thing you actually buy is the boat — a seat on a shared departure, a cabin on a multi-day sailing, or the whole vessel. The park charges its own entrance fee on arrival, separately from whatever the boat cost.

Pantai Tangsi, Lombok

Lombok’s pink beach, in Desa Sekaroh, is reached overland to Tanjung Luar and then by local boat. Charges there are collected on the spot — an entrance contribution, parking, sometimes a boatman’s fee — and are handled in cash by local operators. The Lombok Timur government tourism portal lists the beach without publishing a tariff for it, so any figure you read elsewhere is somebody’s recollection rather than a rate.

What the starting price covers — and what it does not

Each figure in the table is a starting price: the lowest published rate for that package, before anything optional is added. Read it as the floor, not the total.

Inside the price

The boat and its crew, the route, and the meals and stops the operator lists against that package. On multi-day sailings the cabin is part of it, and the cabin grade is what moves the number between the low and high ends of the range.

Outside the price

The Komodo National Park entrance fee is charged on arrival and is not part of any figure shown here. Flights to Labuan Bajo, hotel nights either side of the sailing, and personal spending are also yours to arrange. Charter rates are quoted for the boat rather than per head, so a group splits one number.

What moves the number

Four things account for nearly all the spread between the low and high ends of the table.

Cabin grade

On a shared sailing everyone follows the same route and sees the same islands; what separates the cheapest berth from the dearest is the room you sleep in. This single variable explains most of the range on the three-day trip.

Season

The dry months from roughly May to September are when seas are calmest and boats fill first. Rates and availability both tighten, and the cheapest berths go earliest.

Group size

A charter is priced per boat. Six people and twelve people pay the same to hire it, so the per-head cost falls as the group grows — which is why charters look expensive on a couple and reasonable on a family group.

Length

A day trip buys a single crossing. Two nights aboard spread the cost of the same boat across Padar, Komodo, Manta Point and Pink Beach rather than paying a day rate for each, which is why the per-island cost drops as the trip lengthens.

Budgeting a Lombok visit to Pantai Tangsi

There is no packaged Pink Beach Lombok product to quote, so this is a list of what you will be asked to pay for rather than what it will come to.

The cost components

Road transport from Mataram, Kuta or Senggigi to Tanjung Luar, which is the longest single item and depends on whether you hire a car with driver or ride. An entrance contribution collected at the beach. Parking, if you arrive by vehicle. A local boat if you want to reach Gili Petelu, Gili Pasir or the snorkelling spots offshore. Gear hire, unless the boatman includes it. Lunch, usually from a warung or arranged with the boatman.

How to plan around it

Bring cash in small notes; there is no card terminal at the beach and the nearest reliable ATM is well back towards town. Agree the boat fee before you leave the jetty, not on the water, and agree what it includes. Ask your accommodation what they were charged recently — a rate someone paid last week is worth more than a figure published two years ago on a page nobody has revisited since.

What we exclude

Where a package has an upper tier we show it as the top of a range rather than folding it into an average.

How much does it cost to visit Pink Beach?

It depends on which beach and which boat. For Pink Beach in Komodo National Park, the table on this page carries the starting price for a shared day trip, a shared three-day sailing and a private charter, taken from the operator that sells them. For Pantai Tangsi in Lombok there is no packaged product to quote — you pay for transport, a local boat and small on-site charges, settled in cash.

Is there an entrance ticket for Pink Beach?

Not for the beach on its own. Pink Beach in Komodo sits inside the national park, and the park charges its own entrance fee on arrival, separately from the boat. At Pantai Tangsi in Lombok a small entrance contribution is collected locally, along with parking.

Why does this page not list prices for hotels, meals and transfers?

Because we cannot source them. A hotel rate or a restaurant bill changes by season, room and menu, and quoting one without a supplier behind it would be a guess dressed up as a fact. We publish the prices we can trace to the operator that sells the trip, and describe the rest.

Are the prices per person or for the whole boat?

Both appear in the table, and each row says which. Shared departures — the day trip and the three-day sailing — are priced per person. A private phinisi is priced per boat, so the group splits a single figure.
