Baskara Wijoyo – Director & Founder
Credentials: MBA, INSEAD; B.Sc. in Hospitality Management, Cornell University.
As the visionary behind Pink Beach Lombok Island and a director within Juara Holding Group, Baskara brings over two decades of experience in luxury asset management and sustainable hospitality development across Southeast Asia. His passion for marine conservation was ignited during his early years spent sailing the Indonesian archipelago. Baskara’s philosophy is simple: true luxury must be sustainable. He guides our strategic partnerships and ensures that our commercial goals are always aligned with our deep commitment to environmental stewardship and community empowerment in Lombok. He personally vets our key partners and oversees our adherence to international standards of service excellence.
Ibu Kartini – Head of Lombok Operations
Credentials: Certified Divemaster (PADI); B.A. in Tourism, Universitas Gadjah Mada; ASITA Certified Guide.
Born and raised in Mataram, Lombok, Ibu Kartini is the heart and soul of our on-the-ground operations. With over 15 years of experience managing luxury tours and marine activities in the region, she possesses an unparalleled understanding of the local landscape, culture, and community. Her network is extensive, from the most experienced boat captains in Sekotong to the community leaders in the villages surrounding Tangsi Beach. Ibu Kartini is responsible for all logistical aspects of our charters, ensuring seamless execution and adherence to our stringent safety and quality protocols. Her hands-on approach and warm hospitality ensure every guest feels not just welcomed, but truly cared for.
Dr. Ardiansyah Putra – Marine Biology & Conservation Advisor
Credentials: Ph.D. in Marine Ecology, Institut Pertanian Bogor (IPB); Researcher on Coral Reef Resilience in the Lesser Sunda Islands.
Dr. Putra is our scientific conscience. As a leading Indonesian marine biologist, his research on foraminifera and the coral ecosystems of the Coral Triangle is pivotal to our sustainability efforts. He advises our team on best practices for responsible snorkeling, anchor placement, and guest education to minimize our ecological footprint. Dr. Putra designed our crew training programs on marine life identification and conservation, turning every journey into a subtle educational experience. Isabelle Dubois – Head of Guest Experience

Isabelle is the architect of the bespoke experiences our clients cherish. With a background in managing private estates and superyachts for some of the world’s most discerning individuals, she understands that luxury lies in the details. Isabelle works directly with our clients or their representatives to customize every facet of their charter, from dietary preferences and specific champagne requests to arranging private yoga sessions on a secluded beach or coordinating seamless transfers via helicopter from Lombok International Airport (LOP). Her expertise is in proactive service—anticipating needs and creating moments of magic that elevate a simple boat trip into a lifelong memory.
Captain Usman – Lead Captain & Marine Safety Officer
Credentials: Ahli Nautika Tingkat III (ANT III) License; Basic Safety Training (BST) Certified; 25+ years of navigating Lombok’s waters.
A native of the Sekotong coast, Captain Usman has spent more time on these waters than on land. His knowledge of the local currents, weather patterns, and hidden coves is encyclopedic. He is not just a captain; he is a guardian of our guests’ safety and a master of his craft.
